I completely understand where everyone stands. It is never easy to walk around wishing you could fit into tight clothes or even your favourite pair of tight jeans. I cant even count the number of times I have bought a bigger jean size because I can’t fit into my old jeans, only to find that one year later I am even too big for the bigger jeans. Times were hard for me. Mentally I was broken down and had really had enough. There were even time I couldn’t look in the mirror over fear I would detest the person looking back at me, and when I did catch a glimpse of the person in the mirror often I would cry. I would cry. That’s how sad it is. I also started to have many thoughts about my husband. Was he now beginning to look at other women?

It was really bad, I was wearing baggy clothes that added about 30 years onto my appearance, and looking older, is every woman’s nightmare. And rightly so. I wanted to be slim, I wanted to get into a bikini and join my family on the beach, but I was always concerned about my belly fat, so I often would remain fully clothed watching in the distance as my family played in the sea.

Sometimes as I sat on the beach Iwould cry some more, longing to be playing in the sea with them. Thank god, those days are long gone.

So I decided to make a change. When you look in the mirror at yourself, and that makes you cry. Then something is really wrong. And Something needs to be done.

So I took action.

I signed up to the gym. This was a bold move for me, because I had a full household to run. It’s busy, and addded to an already hectic schedule. I have to take the kids to school, I have to wash and iron their clothes, prepare meals and I had to fit my new gym schedule around all this.

To cut to the chase, the Gym DID NOT WORK.

Don’t forget this too. I was on a strict diet at the same time. I cut out all the things that make you fat, you know, chocolates and fizzy drinks. But it didn’t work! I spent thousands on stupid diet shakes, protein shakes all the shakes. But the scales never changed. And you know what? I actually put on weight.

However I came across just one little thing. And this one little thing, was going to help me finally find something that would tell me how to lose belly fat for women. Losing Belly Fat |The Best Feeling Ever

I have to say that the feeling of finally losing belly fat is perhaps the greatest feeling in the world. Looking in the mirror and seeing a flat tummy after years of lugging round a big mould of fat is great. And the thing is, you don’t realize that you are losing weight at the time. The only thing that tells you that you are successfully shedding the pounds is your soon to be ‘best friend,’ yes we all know who he is, MR.  SCALES.

Af first he is your enemy then gradually he becomes your friend, it’s like meeting a man who over time learns the things you want to hear because once you begin your fitness plan, he is the one who will tell you the end result.

As I said before, looking at the scales at the end of the program is great, and I want women out there to know that it can be done, you can do it too. I hope you don’t see this post as me bragging, but rather it’s supposed to be inspirational. I want you all to get a flat tummy and experience the bliss I am going through now.

Lose Belly Fat For Women | You Can Do it!

I just want to say that any women can lose belly fat if they really want to. If you have the right mindset and the correct weight loss plan anyone can burn the fat. Back in the days i was so unhappy I wanted to do get rid of my tummy fat and I was determined to do so. I was getting older and the longer I waited, I knew it would become harder to lose my belly, metabolism slows down as we get older which makes things that much harder. Sure women around my age will have a tougher time than a young women in her 20’s, but it can still be done. Anything is achievable and I encourage anyone reading this to go forward and put a plan into action.

This brings us to the next stage.

You have decided to make a change and get a flat stomach. Now What!?

This is another stage where I almost crumbled. It seems to hard to find a quick weight loss plan that you can rely on as your sole fitness plan. For example, I would often come across various exercises to flatten my tummy. One website would tell me this, one would tell me that, I really didn’t know which ones to try. In other words I was paralysed by all the information and I many times I was close to stopping my weight loss plan totally. This didn’t only just happen with regards to ab exercises, but also with diets. One place told me to eat this, another told me to eat that, I was so confused I just left it up to Jack, my husband, to decide!

I needed some type of guide or plan that I could use as an overall weight loss resource. I recommend that you get one resource and stick to one, because a lot of plans are designed to give the correct variation of stomach exercises and diets. Picking bits from different sources may not give you the correct variation you need.
